In order to file for divorce in Wyoming, you or your spouse must meet the state residency requirement. Either you or your spouse must have been a resident of the state for at least 60 days OR you were married in Wyoming and either you or your spouse has lived in the state from the day you were married until the day you file for divorce.

Wyoming is one of the few states that offers divorce papers in a complete packet. The packet includes instructions for each of the forms as well as filing requirements.
