A personal representative, also known as an executor, is a responsible individual appointed to oversee the distribution of the estate in compliance with the terms of the will.

Our Massachusetts wills are printable and can be used as is. The templates can also be downloaded in case you want to edit or customize the document. We have wills for persons with and without children, and for those who are single, married, or remarried. We also have a specialized will for grandparents.
